Renotech File Transfer Management System (RFTMS)
Designed specifically to overcome shortcomings of traditional file transfer solution. RFTMS will connect each and every software entity within an organization. RFTMS works well in limited, unstable network conditions, maintaining high success rate in file deliveries. Multiple channels including unicast, multi unicast, multicast, and broadcast are supported. All file transfer activities are monitored through single Ace Monitoring Console (AMC). Software and configuration updates can be done with ease.

Benefits
a
1. Optimized Protocol
Sending data through traditional FTP are not an option nowadays, since it takes much longer time to complete and failure prone. There are two options to replace FTP, which are TCP and UDP. TCP has better performance compared to traditional FTP, but with inherent mechanism of handshake, cost a lot of overhead time to be able to send files successfully. UDP on the other hand, doesn’t have any handshake, which much faster than TCP, doesn’t guarantee successful file delivery.
Renotech File Transfer Management System (RFTMS) address these issues by combining TCP with UDP in file transfer delivery. By maximizing use of both TCP and UDP, RFTMS are able to send files successfully in minimum time, overcoming network bandwidth instability, and at the same time guarantee file integrity. RFTMS consists of Ace Transfer Protocol (ATP) for unicast file transfer, and Ace Multicast Protocol (AMP) for multicast and broadcast file transfer.

“Renotech File Transfer Management Protocol will enable IT achieve close to network Service Level Agreement (SLA).”
2. Multichanel
RFTMS provides 3 channels to cover every possible requirement in file transfer delivery, such as :
A. Unicast
Point to point file transfer delivery, including multiple unicast file transfer delivery.
b. MULTICAST
File transfer delivery to certain group of clients. These group of clients which receive the same file, have the same group profile.
2. BROADCAST
RFTMS can also be used to broadcast file to all recipient clients, including media file. RFTMS can be used as broadcast server.
RFTMS provides 3 channels, including unicast, multicast, and broadcast.
3. Automatic Retry & Schedule
RFTMS aims to guarantee file delivery, closing on customer network Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance. This is achieved by automatic retry and manual re-schedule mechanism. If file transfer delivery is interrupted before completed, RFTMS will activated automatic retry mechanism, number of retry are configurable.
Another RFTMS key design in closing on network SLA are through file fragmentation and segmentation. Before files transfer are executed, each file are splitted into several fragments. each fragment size are configurable.
Each fragment again are splitted into multiple segments, segment size are configurable. With these design, RFTMS will be able to thrive in network with low bandwidth, bandwidth instability, and high latency.
4. Integrated Monitoring Console

RFTMS provide single, unified, integrated console to monitor and configure all file transfer related activities.
- All file transfer delivery are managed in RFTMS, grouped by file pattern. Each new file pattern are added to RFTMS routing configuration centrally.
- Software version update are deployed and managed centrally from RFTMS.
- Configure user and user access management centrally. User management can be managed easily. Each user can be assigned with different access.
- RFTMS implements security aspects through encryption and compression. Each file transfer delivery will be encrypted with AES encryption. Each file delivery also implement compression.
RFTMS Server can be implemented in multiple Operating System (OS) , including Windows based OS and Linux based OS. RFTMS Agent can be also implemented in multiple OS, including Windows based OS. Linux based OS. and Android OS (Mobile).
