1. Bachelor’s degree from Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
2. Able to manipulate data using SQL query.
3. Understand Java, Linux server and network devices (switch & router) settings.
4. Think in a structured way and communicate logically.
5. Able to make the structured report.
6. Willing to work shifts and on weekends/ holidays.
7. Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Support for system incident reports from users (helpdesk, technical analysis, and workaround solution or even long-term solution, and reports).
• Coordinate with various product teams for patch and product update release.
